●HISUN chemical dosing equipments of HSJ series   are developed based on the latest technology home and abroad. Equipped with advanced detecting instruments and complete control system, the equipments have really solved the problem in controlling the dosage to be fed, thus lots of manual operations are no longer needed.
  HISUN chemical dosing equipments are categorized into 3 types according to the kinds of chemicals dosed and the control mode adopted.
  ◆HSJ/A incorporate flocculant dissolving & dosing unit
  Particularly adapted to dissolving and dosing macromolecular organic flocculants such as ployacrylamide Adding chemical powder directly to the unit is the only job for its operator. Then the unit can automatically complete the rest operations needed: chemical feeding, dissolving, slaking, storage and dosing.
  ◆HSJ/B full-auto chemical dosing unit
  The unit could automatically feed water treatment agents of different kinds-such as coagulant, scale and corrosion inhibitor, acid and alkali. According to the different control signals from primary instruments, we have three models for different purposes:
  HSJ/B SC is controlled by streaming current and used for dosing coagulant automatically.
  HSJ/B pH is controlled by pH meter and used for regulating pH value accurately.
  HSJ/B CD is controlled by conductivity of circulating cooling water. According to conductivity signal, this model could actuate related devices such as dosing pumps to feed fresh water or chemicals needed. It could also actuate drainage valve to drain some condensed water if needed. ◆HSJ/B full-auto chemical dosing unit
  The unit is specially designed for small users to add chemical agent f of one kind only-for example, water treatment electrolyte, acid, alkali or sodium hypochlorite.
  We have two different models to feed chemicals in different state: HSJ/C-1 and HSJ/C-2
  HSJ/C-1 consists of a storage tank and dosing pump. It could feed chemicals in liquid state with easy operation.
  HSJ/C-2 has a specially designed agitator tank. So this model could dissolve and feed some freely soluble chemicals in solid state with easy operation.

  Featuring high automation, accurate metering, as well as easy operation, installation and testing, chemical dosing equipments of HSJ series are capable of satisfying requirements of different users. Today the equipments are widely used in dosing chemicals to water supply, wastewater treatment, boiler water and circulating cooling water. They are also used in regulating PH value.
